I'd expect 80% die-off within the first few years of the ice age hitting. After that the numbers will be trimmed down over the following few years to about 90-95%, if there's enough people who prepared and with the will and mind to survive.
If not we might be looking at mankind being a lonely race, searching each day for a human face in the blizzards.
