A Finnish woman tweeted from Tahrir square for the duration of the uprising. /ullaliikanen unfortunately only tweeted in Finnish. She is an egyptologist and has lived in the country for a while and so had the couple of other Finnish female reporters who worked during the unrest in Cairo. It is obviously always a disadvantage to be a parachute reporter and, yes, I also think that this crew and their ideas of the the reality down at Arab street failed reality check. Plus of course the group with a camera stood out unlike a single female surrounded by Egyptians they knew and trusted.

You commit the modern sin of implying a generalization after observing (only) a gazillion of these rape and violence cases. In other words, you're being scientific.
But as Nietzsche observed earlier about similar herds of socialist whites of all stripes, these people didn't come to their beliefs through reason and science in the first place, so why would they listen to reason or science now? It's been observed over and over: there is usually no shock great enough to make an adult leftist reconsider his paradigm. He always finds some new, usually flat-out superstitious ad-hoc explanation to what just happened to him. "Our remaining whiteness oppressed them THAT'S why they attacked, this time."
There is also the lack of all sense of proportion, where 20,000 black-on-white rapes every year are scarcely worth mentioning in the media, while a similar amount of witch-trials over centuries should color a whole civilization dark (and everyone should know it too, it goes).
I can't wait to read future historical treatises on this current era of sapiens failure. Maybe a bit of distance is all that's needed to write about it accurately. Sure, if people were raised on propaganda that lions were safe to be around, that lions were friendly vegetarians and the best way to make friends with a lion was to put your head in it's mouth, we'd have a lot of people dying ridiculously at the hands of lions. On the other hand, you have to wonder if a person dumb enough to be susceptible to such drivel once full-grown might have something innately wrong with them, some fatal flaw in their genetic makeup that may have resulted in their death at the hands of a lion but eventually would have killed them some other way, perhaps eating razor blades in pudding or maybe trying to bungi jump without tying off the cord.
Most of you may need to think about this for a half century like I have before reaching this conclusion ... but I am of the opinion that a lot of modern Europeans people are damaged goods. I think there might have been something skewed in them that made them easily manipulated by advantageous predators, but otherwise was not going to really bear out as a survivable strain long term anyhow.
At some stage, you have to question if these kinds of people were ever firing on all cylinders, even from the cradle.

You are operating on the assumption, that these "cultural enrichment folks", have good intentions and they are naive, or are fundamentally stupid.
But what if our fundamental assumptions about them are in fact incorrect?
What if we apply Occam's Razor to what they are actually doing, which is trying to "culturally enrich", white nations and only white nations?
Isn't the simplest explanation, they are in fact intelligent and are doing us harm, because they mean us harm?
This is all nothing but a distraction...
