This is the method used to breed totalitarian mindset on weaklings who will bow to every kind of authority or act as inquisitors on its behalf in the future. God forbid they would learn something about real aggression and deal with it, that requires action to challenge the status quo and rock the boat.

I would be in favor of universities enforcing an oath of silence while on campus. Then only people who enjoy reading and writing would stay.
