Always was. DNA analysis has been making fools of the orthodoxy. "Science" has lost all credibility as a mainstream practice and continues to be a field dominated by the amateurs who turn out to be right again and again.
Multiregional hypothesis. Fifty years lost on junk science by morons. We are exactly where anthropology was in 1955, no signs of any real progress.
