This is a red flag.
The article is a smokescreen geared to have a certain effect on the reader. It is meaningless drivel but it has an ulterior motive.
That's a worry when people at the CFR start to push a certain viewpoint. It is likely they are planning to use an "epidemic" to conceal many crimes.

Ebola is less infectious than measles by a factor of ~14. Its vectors are the same as Hep-C. I'd be more worried about a nasty strain of influenza. Most of the cases in Africa are from preparing jungle meat and cutting themselves whilst doing it. Kind of a karmic reward for eating other primates.
