It hit the mainstream. The cat is out of the bag. Governments running late as usual, still frantically trying to get their own shelters ready. The media was supposed to keep a lid on it until the last minute. What happens when the sheeple realize they have caught the captain in the middle of the night preparing a lifeboat for himself and his own without informing the passengers that anything was wrong? This is not a good thing. The herd is going to panic and bolt way too early.

You don't even know what cold is yet. If you live in the Northern Hemisphere, you don't know what a big snowfall is yet. Wait until you go to bed one morning and wake up underneath six stories of snow.

Soon things are going to be scarce and human beings will do what they always do. They will fight over what there is to be taken. There are wars coming in which the only rule will be to win or else die. It might even heat up here for a little while as a result of those wars but sooner or later, the cold will creep back in like it always does.

Will the most ancient indigenous race of all survive this cycle of Ragnarok? It remains to be seen. Perhaps they have an ace up their sleeves that other races of men do not and the secret lies in catastrophism.

Neocon Spin On The Middle East Upheaval

We are standing at the threshold of a new world. If the fundamentalists get their way, secular authoritarian Middle East regimes will be replaced by Islamist extremist, totalitarian ones. As a result, oil tanker ships will have to sail around Cape Horn, the West will have to urgently search for alternatives to oil as an energy source, Russia will lose the North Caucasus, and Israel will be wiped off the face of the Earth.

... but enough with the rose-colored glasses, man. There has to be a downside to these developments as well and I for one would like to hear it.

Do you know how much room they have to jockey around in orbit? Do you know what the odds are of anything colliding with anything else in outer space? Big, Big Trouble For Middle East

This is on greased rails to WW3. It gets more ominous by the hour.

This is the Sunday Supplement articles I read in 1969 about the worse case scenario in the Middle East and the start of the third world war.

This isn't about those "poor bastards in the future in 2010," when it all went pear shaped.

We're the poor bastards they were talking about in 1968. That future is our future.

Pakistan and North Korea will sell them all the nuclear weapons they want to buy. I imagine that is going to be quite a few. In a year's time they may own a credible "deterrent" and be on an equal footing with their neighbours.

Then it's going to start to get crazy.
